Linda Ramsey

Linda Ramsey dedicated more than 30 years of service to the Goshen Local School District, beginning her career in December 1986 and continuing until her passing in July 2020. Throughout her time, she made a lasting impact on students both inside and outside the classroom.

Linda served as Goshen’s PeeWee/Youth Cheer Director and later as the High School Cheer Coach from 1988 through approximately 2000. She also coached the marching band color guard and served as class sponsor for the Goshen High School Class of 1994. In addition, she supported numerous school and community organizations, including the PTO, Lions Club, Music Boosters, Athletic Boosters, and CPAAA.

In 2004, Linda became the district’s Food Services Director. In this role, she was known not only for her leadership, but for her compassion. She worked behind the scenes to ensure students were cared for—often quietly helping with meals, sports fees, clothing, and other needs.

Linda’s legacy is defined by her selfless dedication and the countless lives she touched through her kindness and service.
